2 min readJersey Shore Family Vacation is giving viewers plenty of drama to unpack this season. But one of the biggest shockers was seeing Jenni JWoww Farley and Pauly Delvecchio almost kiss. Pauly might be single, but fans know Farley is currently dating. So will JWoww’s boyfriend be in the new episodes, or will his absence allow the two roommates to explore their chemistry?
Who is JWoww’s boyfriend, Zack Carpinello?
Zack Clayton Carpinello is a pro wrestler from New York who’s worked with a few minor leagues over the years. The 25-year-old wrestled on Telemundo for Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre and Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide.
Farley and Carpinello met through his sister. He’s known Farley for years and even attended her wedding to Roger Matthews in 2015. In an interview with ET, Jenni revealed she always had a “soft spot” for Zack.
“But I loved him way before like, falling in love with him because I always wanted to see him succeed,” Farley said. “But even outside of that, I just adore his company. Even if he doesn’t like something, he goes above and beyond and wants to experience it with me — watching like, Game of Thrones, or going to Disney, or doing something fun and interesting. So, it’s something I haven’t had, which I appreciate.”
ETWill Carpinello be on the new episodes of ‘Jersey Shore Family Vacation’?
Fans got to see Carpinello and Farley’s relationship up close last season. But this season, there’s been very little mention of him. And it looks like the drama between Angelina Pivarnick and Carpinello may be the reason he’s not on-screen right now.
Last season, Carpinello shared some flirty banter with Pivarnick which caused a major rift in his relationship with Farley. “I realize that after looking back at the show, I forgot what it was like to introduce someone to these guys and how intimidating it might be,” Farley told People last December.
While expressing love for her roommates and calling them “great,” the reality star admitted bringing Carpinello on the show was like throwing “him to a pack of wolves.” She also said that the stresses of filming, including the numerous cameras and the unpredictability, “didn’t turn out great” for the couple.
To keep her love life healthy and happy, Farley said she would have to make sure Carpinello stays off-camera for new episodes of Jersey Shore Family Vacation. “I just realize that if I want to have this relationship that I hold near and dear to me, I have to remove him from the situation of filming,” she told People.
What’s next for Pauly D. and JWoww on ‘Jersey Shore Family Vacation’?
Being on a show like Jersey Shore Family Vacation might be fun, but for a newbie who isn’t used to the constant observation and scrutiny, it can’t be easy. But with Carpinello gone, fans are wondering if Pauly D. and Farley will get any closer than they did in the last episode.
After scrolling through Farley and Carpinello’s shared pictures on Instagram, it doesn’t seem like anything else will happen between the two roommates. Carpinello recently posted a loving birthday message to Farley on Instagram. “I love you more than anything,” he captioned the photo of the couple, to which Farley responded, “I love you.”
