Born June 14, 1970, comedian Heather McDonald is a full-time writer and story producer for E!’s Chelsea Lately. A member of the Groundlings Theater, McDonald is also a graduate of the University of Southern California, where she was a member of the Gamma Phi Beta sorority.
Known for her impressions of celebrities such as Drew Barrymore, Amy Winehouse and ali lohan, McDonald is also a New York Times best-selling author. Her memoir, You’ll Never Blue Ball in This Town Again, debuted in the No. 34 spot in July 2010.
McDonald co-wrote 2004’s White Chicks with Shawn and Marlon Wayans, and even appeared in the film. She can also be seen 2009’s Dance Flick, as well the television shows Frasier, Reno 911, Quintuplets and Malcom in the Middle. In addition to her TV and film work, McDonald is a longtime contributor to Us Weekly‘s “Fashion Police” section.
McDonald and her husband, Peter, have three children; they currently reside in San Fernando Valley, California.
